Hi I am a lawyer. Musk well he’s not. The point I raised was litigated and lost in a non binding jurisdiction. It is the only way you can stop Musk. Take away his billions and the only way to do that is issue a class action.
Even if it doesn’t proceed it will show his weakness. Get yourself a lawyer

On the plus side, as of this morning, 34 lawsuits had been filed in federal courts (but not in the uber-conservative 5th or 10th Circuits) challenging the EO's and what various departments are doing. Importantly, none of the suits name Musk. An RO issued for birthright citizenship.
