Yes, Cathy. This is spot on. It never ceases to floor me how many people feel that they have the “right to expect .” Bet waiters, waitresses, airline and hotel personnel know this all too well. Thank you for your post. Hopefully it will get folks reevaluating or at least thinking about it. 💕
