We pay 185 a month for Medicare out of our Social Security. It ain't free by a long shot. My secondary insurance is cheaper than Medicare.

It's disgraceful that seniors are charged for Medicare, out of their Social Security no less, after having paid for it all of their lives. And this is all before co-pays and other punitive charges for health care.

Yes Reaganomics. I paid into social security since I was 16 years old. Because I got a schmeezly 13-yr pension from a school system the last years of my career, they keep 60% of my social security. Pray people that the Senate passes the bill so people like me can get our full social security!
