sure. you did. and people in are thankfull.
but there is zero, absolutely zero value to society in inciting hate or spreading misinformation. so whats the benefit in it ?
there are regulations for driving cars and whatever stuff. personally, i just don't see why not regulating

if we have not the trust to push this laws, why should any law be enforced ? then we can just let do everyone whatever he wants to to. stop speed limits. juts push 200 in cities. why rules anyways ? just unleash whatever bad people wanna do. that would be real freedom, wouldn't it ?
who ? judical instances with the backup of the democratic vote of the people. the rules are transparent. if thats not possible, we can just abandon all rules. let's just make it also legal to kill, steal, whatever. where is the difference ? in this cases there are also instances that push laws.

“Ok we’re sorry for impinging on your freedoms, it was garbage food, meds that did us in”
thats a problem. a big problem.
inciting hate on (for example) black people, asians, woman, whatever doesn't solve it. problems need to be solved one after another. but the freedom to inciting hate (like you want it) doesnt solve this.
That we can agree on. Putting people in prison over verbal violations is a step too far.
