I have allergic triggers to the antihistamine meds as well as countless other meds and many supplements. Including Quercetin. Very frustrating and on a very strict low histamine diet. I am 68. It took 4 decades to figure out what I really had, ever since a child. Grateful to have support groups

Considering that I found the spoons and clarity required to churn out an "anticholinergic syndrome for dummies" lecture, I guess my uhm, esoteric cocktail of less conventional antihistamines & mast cell stabilizers might be doing the trick, yep :3

(Not quite good yet, but certainly getting better.)
