I'm a 14-15 min miler (depending on distance - 5K i can push 13) - so yer doing good - I too jus came from FB an looking for like minded people -

I might be able to come
close but then the run would be over. I like doing 3 miles so I have to keep it about 14 min and then I can run for three.
