Operative words: Confirmed Cases. Now factor in how many people 1 infected person can infect, which is approx 12. Then do the math on that higher number. Cases confirmed only if patient went to dr or hospital and it was reported to Health Dept. Not every kid is taken to hosp or dr due to $$.
