Elinora and Erimia the witch. Though mistaken for a Dullahan, Elinora was once mortal in the 16th century. Elinora was beheaded protecting Erimia. Erimia, using her eyesight as an offering in a magic ritual, revived Elinora, but left her head detached. They live happily in love to this day :)
