I think if they don’t tone down the sun, we couldn’t see the spots. ( just an idea, I don’t really know).

I'm not. I took that with a color camera and did not alter the color. This is a white light filter. It's the Hydrogen-alpha images that have to be taken in mono and falsely colored.

ah, I usually use a Daylight white balance since sunlight is that. white. or slightly green.
