The Armed Forces of Ukraine have received CA-95 short-range air defense systems from Romania. Based on the Soviet Strela-1, the CA-95 can engage targets at ranges of 800 m to 4.2 km and altitudes up to 3,500 m. While older, it's effective against drones and cruise missiles.
