America is having a moment of impairment. They don’t see the threat on the horizon. Like when the Hawaiians couldn’t fathom Captain Cook and what was coming. They’d never seen a ship like that before, never see a gun, etc. they were mystified and then outflanked. They Thought he was a God.

VoA has made the GOP uncomfortable for a while now, because the pro-democracy, anti-authoritarian messages sounded too much like a critique of their own dictator-curious leanings. Now that we've flipped entirely, it no longer makes sense to continue it, because we no longer promote those values.
