And I dunno, I think 40k has the space for cerebral fuckers to rival them?
It's villains like Omega, Rassilon, The Trickster, Sutekh, that thing from Midnight, etc, that'd be really dangerous in 40K as some could even have un-shattered C'Tan levels of power.
