When I was 35 I was gifted with the discovery that sleeping hurts my shoulders. There are positions that hurts them less but none that is pain free. Can’t wait to see what my 40s have for me.
I did the “put an arm on the headrest to turn around enough to look behind you while backing up” and spent the next week taking pain pills for a pulled muscle in my chest. I hate it here.
This hits too close to home to be funny. I once threw my backout by turning over in bed. I once yawned and pulled a muscle in my neck. I fear that sometimes I may be just one good sneeze away from total body paralysis.
