...iatrist or ...ologist? Either way, mental support is expensive & when you need it because things are coming undone, it often coincides with the inability to produce secure income thereby leaving one to spiral further. It's most easily accessed by the well off but most needed by those who aren't.

A good rapport is the most important thing. If you can’t build trust and feel comfortable it becomes a pointless exercise. I’m happy you are feeling heard.
