I have a lame ass sales job that only gives me 5 paid holidays a year. Anything else comes out of my 20 hours of PTO.
On the other hand I mostly just sit and watch @secondwindgroup.com podcasts

Yes get entertained on the company dime! When I worked for Verizon wireless in a cubicle I listened to podcasts for like the entire 8 hours each day. Beefy shows like giant bomb cast and harmontown helped so much.
