I get the shippy aspect of Vir*vos, but I think many of the shippers don’t really care about these two characters specifically, you would know that since me and my Vir stan mutual dislike it sm :”D

I can't speak for most fans but I personally ship them because of the potential they have. I liked S2-3 Aaravos and I like Viren and I liked to imagine scenarios where they cared about each other
While the reality is they don’t, but it’s only my prejudice speaking from the fact that I ship TSO and Aara, and between you and me, I don’t really like hmmmm….
They don't in canon, that's true. But my OTP is Finnlum, so you can see how much I care about canon 🤭 and it's absolutely fine if you don't like v*ravos, too! I don't mind that c:
