I came her for this exact reason. I think we are on the road to a class action suit against Musk since he wasn’t officially a govt employee until today Feb 3, 2025.
All the tariff talk seems to be tje smoke screen for this illegal activity by Musk.

Agreed. He was a private citizen when it started it before he was granted temporary government power. Which still makes this an act under a private citizen. I even had someone tell me that if it was case able, spit balling numbers take away could be around 1300$ per American hit trump where it hurts
