Only water companies can charge ridiculous amounts for a raw material that falls from the sky. Even better they take the waste water and dump it in the sea.

No, they should be prosecuted both the executives running the companies and the major investors. Those driving the policies and businesses practices of the water companies. Then Nationalise the water companies.
