Our best idea: Duncan v. Bonta, XX F.4th XX, [first page of dissent], [time stamp] (Van Dyke, J. dissenting, by video), [URL]. Adding the URL but omitting the typical YouTube information would be ok, saving space while still providing sufficient information to find the source.
