We barely said hello to it. Hard to get a car much under 30K. I've always thought there shd still have been a $19K car but profit margins aren't enough for greedy corporations. Instead there are 7-year loan options for a car. Used to be 4 years was the standard max. Needed a cheap option available

The so-called "Gilded Age" that Trump fantasises about was a time when very few people (even in the later years) had phones, electricity, indoor plumbing, safe food/water, cars, decent healthcare, child labor laws etc. These tariffs will send the USA back towards those days.
