Agree 1.5 is dead headlines are not useful and particularly the flippant quote in this @theguardian.com headline. But this is important: "every fraction of a degree is worth fighting for. If we can’t achieve 1.5C, it will be better to get 1.6C than 1.7C, which will be better than getting 2C or more”

Am I the only one who feels icky at the slew of "1.5C is dead" articles citing exclusively Global North experts?
