Getting an artist followback is quite honestly the greatest honor I could possibly receive, it always flabbergasts me when it happens completely out of the blue
I've met so many cool artists who are really talented and very kind. It took a lot of time for me to connect with them, but I feel close with those I've connected to.
I remember that they're human, just like me, so I shouldn't put them on a pedestal. I treat them how I'd want to be treated 😊
This happened to me. An artist I've loved for years but (for various circumstances) should have no idea I exist follows me, and I'm still absolutely lost as to why.
😅 Really motivates me to keep working on my projects though, on the off chance they actually pick up one of my games and like it.
