If you need the money you need the money! I don’t think there’s a perfect choice here. Besides, tumblr is also selling all data right to Midjourney. Bluesky/Mastodon are the only ones not selling our data and they also get scraped. In the end we have to pick our poison 😩

Yeah that’s super fair. Had bluesky not existed/took off tumblr would have been my next choice as well.

Posting older stuff is smart. Basically everything on tumblr I consider fair game now bc it was impossible to delete the reshares.
