Wish as a spell is insanely rare overall. They dont have those at every kiosk out there. So in story it should be treated as such. However it has no limit but "unraveling magic itself"

i figured wish can reverse a drider's curse but i don't know if it could turn a shadar-kai soul monger back into a normal shadar-kai... i'll have to think and read about this some more!
