I prefer local and family-owned restaurants over large companies such as AppleBees, Olive Garden, Juicy's, etc.

Trusting reviews has a balance to it lol, there’s certain situations you can trust, can’t trust, and then don’t know if you can trust

I mean, I’m an indie author who doesn’t have many reviews on my books. Those reviews are legit because I don’t send review copies or pay for reviews. Most people who read don’t leave reviews, so it’s difficult to get the numbers you need for visibility online.

ye i agree with the post in a sense of i just look into the reviews more if there are less of them to see how legit they seem
