Today's illustration might require some explaining. In Alstroemeria Tears there's something called "the transient world", which is some sort of limbo between life and the afterlife. It's a tiny plane of existence usually restricted to an individual which slowly expands and leads to the underworld

This transient world oftentimes resembles a room the looks of which are influenced by how the person in it lived or died. Most people don't have a good time in it because it makes them relive bad experiences, and such is Ngestshi's case

As a character, Ngestshi embodies the saying "noblesse oblige" and tends to bottle up his worries so as to not trouble others

In my illustration, I wanted to represent this attitude with food: "it doesn't matter if you're full and want to throw up, you must continue eating until you explode"

And what better way to tie both together than an unending feast? You've already dealt with steak, but might as well have seconds. In fact, you should have some more again after finishing your soup

Substitute "steak" with whatever trauma you fancy; it's never "gotten over with"
