This is a useful summary (though the main factor determining PV generation is still just... how sunny it is, and the figure of 6-20% module efficiency is from 2015 and is now more like 20-23% for modern crystalline silicon modules).

The 6-20% module efficiency comes from the 2024 CEC database, not 2015! 6% is purely for CIGS (and it's a small sample size).

2. Flexible panels are still not really a thing, except for small volumes, and those are basically silicon cells so same really.
Does it depend on a broader set of metrics? Labour$ etc?
People tend to assume such benefits will be low. In reality they add up a lot over time.
