There is also a bunch of Nun Digimon called Sistermon that turn from cute and cuddly nuns into battle nuns on digivolution.
Digimon kinda gave up directly going for the kids and working more towards the YA and adult markets that grew up with their stuff (hence stuff like Cyber Sleuth).

Well there is 2 games on steam (one a JRPG with strong narrative focus, the other a sequel to Digimon World 1) and there is another new game (Time Stranger) slated for this year. Not sure how affordable those are over on your end.

Her design is (obviously) based on Beelzebumon and I checked, her name is officially "Beel Starmon" nowadays.
And while even her official entry in the encyclopedia describes her as "Lady Beelzebumon", she is technically NOT connected and instead part of the Three Musketeer group.
