I don't think it's radical to say that you should meet this by becoming even more unapologetically trans and promoting safe space for trans people in general.
EOs can't override the law of the land, so this becomes an admission that they don't know how else to make us go away.
Exploit that.

Don't lower your flags in despair; raise them in proud opposition.

Remember the fallen, but honor their memory by fighting like hell for the living so they can have the chance to keep living.
Even after the Nazis went after queer folks we survived as an idea - battered, but still there.
Slowly reclaiming the slogans that never belonged to the people who use them to oppress.
