Trying to integrate as much of that as possible. If you sort the data table for a given search by “Percent Received,” that’s a decent proxy for which projects’ funding streams are in limbo. (100% = all funding disbursed, 0% = no funding disbursed.) Working on integrating more spending data!

My answer would be: 1) Many of the projects are completed, and it’s worth noting what the laws funded, and 2) for incomplete projects, and especially those with obligated but not outlayed funds, it feels important to point out the bridges, clean water programs, broadband connectivity, etc. at risk.
