so... typical Alabama. 🤣

the problem is, my house is NOT built to hold heat in the 20s & my heat pump works great at cooling in hot weather but isn't as efficient at keeping the place warm.

Oh yeah that's the bigger problem when cold spells hit the south. The infrastructure just really isn't built for certain types of weather.

Mine tries that. Of course, ours is one of the tallest in the development, and we’re almost the only all electric house (everyone else still uses gas for heat) and they only measure efficiency on electric usage.
