I do think I flattened it a little more than I wanted to last time making the rolls, so I may just do a loaf this time for minimum handling time. Also I'm going to remember to make the ice cubes in advance. LOL

I did indeed remember the ice cubes which means my loaves got a steam bath and I also got one when I forgot about it and opened the oven. lol still wearing my glasses on my head

this turned out pretty much perfect. great crust, so light & fluffy inside, tastes amazing. I did NOT flatten it this time like I did last time!

So, it’s not as open a crumb, but it is tasty! I think my dough wasn’t hydrated enough, and I wasn’t delicate with it, but still. Ciabatta!

Yeah, my first one wasn't as open, and I was a little rough with it shaping it. This time I was so delicate, and I barely touched it after I cut it in half. LOL
