yeah I don't think they should be being prosecuted or banned from festivals etc, it is overreach. The issue is he's being done for shouting stupid shit from a stage, where the argument of 'difficult art' is more complex – shouting "kill your MP" isn't writing eg Margaret On The Guillotine.
