For me it's the Twelfth Doctor and River Song. You can tell, that they've been married for centuries & know and love each other deeply.
Especially the moment in 'The Husbands of River Song', when River turns around and the Doctor says 'Hello Sweetie' with so much love and adoration in his eyes.. 💕
