I would add the following: 1) eliminate the Electoral College, 2) provide for Federal funding for Federal elections to eliminate private and corporate campaign donations, and 3) tax reform to reduce the tax burden on lower and middle income earners and increase the top tax rate back to 70%.

Has anyone considered a lawsuit against any state that awards ALL of their electors to one candidate, thus denying the minority of fair representation in the Electoral College? Could such a lawsuit succeed?
