I agree ! However, since I don't have any or much exposure to domestic violence, I sincerely want to know - what is it that we do to be effective ? I'm assuming money talks so however we can hit them in the pocketbook will help....but what else from your perspective ? - ThreadSky

Abuse is not about what the abused does. It is all about the abuser. You can not satisfy an abuser. The only effective thing to do is to cut off all contact.
This is harder to do in this context, but finding new markets and new suppliers either within Canada or overseas is what we need to do.
