Weirdly the forms aren't the same, which makes me wonder why there'd be two of the same thing and neither linked from ACLU's own site.

If anyone can lend a hand and find an official link from their site, I'd appreciate it.

I found it linked on the /ftm subreddit with some more backing in case folks need it.

I'm really confused as to why ACLU wouldn't provide ANY kind of solid proof of affiliation like hosting it fully on their own domain. They know how sensitive this is.

I'm with you on that and entirely why I spent my whole morning researching this rather than having breakfast and getting back to work.

I'm glad that it's an official redirect under ACLU's own domain but I really, REALLY wish they'd taken the 5 seconds needed to say anything about it on their site.
