Ive put alot of conscious effort into recognizing when I feel the urge, and stopping to go as soon as I do. When I'm home and feel safe/relaxed, I pee freely now without much thought! Out and about I still have to stop and tell myself its ok to pee wherever I am.

I don't have a super consistent routine, but usually 2-3 a day. I usually change for bedtime, or first thing after getting out of bed. And usually a change mid day, most days. I keep several diapers in stock from thin to thicc depending on the situation, that helps me alot.

But sometimes its a simple wet wipe and slap the next diap on raw xD
For me skin care depends heavily on the seasonal weather, summer time is my rashy season >.>

Love this! I struggle to wear once every few months right now due to a mental block, so no chance I'd be 24/7, but the acceptance and self love is inspiration. I need to tell myself it's OK to be padded.
