No. Hibiclens is a soap and contains a detergent and isopropyl alcohol and IS NOT for use in irrigating wounds. If you're going to use Chlorhex for cleaning wounds, BUY THE CONCENTRATE THAT IS INTENDED FOR THAT PURPOSE

Underlining Shepherd and Rahaeli are spot-on, povidone-iodine and chlorhex are great to have. Nolvasan is a common brand. But as Shep said, look for "surgical" or "wound". "Nolvasan S" and "Premises" on chlorhex is a no - that's for surfaces and has detergent in it. But the labels look identical!
