Folk were talkin about coyotes in Atlanta on here yesterday. In South Florida, crocodiles are making a resurgence in the metro area. Not alligators. Crocs.

Crocs are only in south Florida! It’s a big state! And gators are usually too lazy to mess with you (watch your small dogs and toddlers tho).

Personally I’m not moving back because the whole state is sinking into the ocean but i do miss the manatees, manatees are great

They're travelling southward in Oz. And our crocs will happily take out a grown man, or several.

And the earth did once heat so hot that there were crocodilian type animals at the poles, and the sea level was 10s of metres higher from the meltwater... Looks like we are headed that way again.

Oh the weather is great, most of the people are great, on the rare occasion it does get truly cold stunned iguanas fall from the trees like leathery coconuts, truly it's a wonderland. Except for the 4m+ long carnivorous reptiles lurking in all the water waiting to kill you.

When my parents lived in Florida, the gator in their backyard canal got not only my brother's little dog, but their next door neighbors' large Boxer. We never contemplated crocs too. NOPENOPENOPENOPE
