I don't know her account, but here's a thought. If her account of domination is like the republican account, and structures give some power over others, they are dominating whether they exercise that power or not. If it's not up to you whether you dominate, it makes sense that you aren't liable.

That’s an interesting thought. Her account of domination isn’t republican but she does say that your membership of a social group is non-voluntary, so she might think that they aren’t at fault for that domination even though they are benefitting from it.

With some injustices one who benefits from them can forego some of the benefits, though. Someone born into wealth can give it up like Tolstoy.

Unfortunately not. In fact, I’m not even sure why she included it as a necessary condition of SI. It seems perfectly possible that some may be harmed by the structure without anyone benefitting from it.
