I think it works really well! Can't even notice anything that immediately stands out because the slightly widened angle covers for it and the rich colors and detail are in the focus!

Yeah it's why I usually take long breaks when working on a piece or mix something else in - easier to spot issues that way

But we can also get a bit too caught up in the technicalities and forget that so long the emotional core of the piece is there, it's good!
