Skeeting this from my severely delayed flight to DCA. Captain tells us that DCA has been a disaster all day, as air traffic controllers have been overwhelmed by flight volume. I’d certainly rather be delayed than dead. But I’d also like a functional FAA and NTSB. This is not normal. It is not OK.
