This is gut wrenching. I have PTSD from being raised in a religion that eschewed ALL medical care. Our city had a significant measles outbreak when I was a sophomore in high school. 1/?

A large measles outbreak is rapidly escalating in Texas incl Gaines, Lubbock, and Lynn counties where vaccination rates are low.
Over 30 children with confirmed infection, many of whom are hospitalized. Multiple suspected cases are under investigation.
