Yeah, it's hard to tell. Good intent and love can be a complicated thing to gauge. If these things can be met only in a certain emotional mode, what is that mode? The emotion of love can be quite different between people, especially when expressed internally
Sounds quite possible. Guess they're not necessarily all knowing? the whole situation described in military programs, where a person feeling love and kindness attracted with those feelings a UAP, only to have that UAP shot down, gutted up for parts and turned into a weapon, seems problematic
