God this is a mood. I've had sun poisoning twice in my life at a young age & now no amount of sunscreen, no matter the SPF, keeps me from getting burned anymore if I'm in direct sun for 5min. I *need* shade if even on mildly cloudy days. I have a higasa I bought in high school that I use 🤣

I went paddleboarding last weekend and my sunscreen only wore off on the spots where my paddle had dripped water onto my legs and nowhere else, so I had a splotchy sunburn all over my legs. (the lake also gave me swimmers Itch :/ )
