Practising my handstand drills has left me with some beastly bruises on the back of my arms, where I’ve been getting the technique down, makes it look like I’ve been giving some absolutely wild head….who needs bruised knees XD

Oh I know exactly what it is, my knee position is still not quite there on the Crows, it’s slipping a little low so the weight is going down on the wrong place. Get the mobility there, shuffle the knees tighter under the arms and it’ll be 👌
