A dear friend of mine died from the flu. It shocked many of us who were also told that the flu was essentially a type of cold. I get my flu shot in his memory. I can't imagine making that ignorance the policy in America

I'm hopeful it will still be an option, but we need to keep track of the vaccination schedule for our kids as it stood before January 20th, 2025 if we want to make sure they're up to date with everything. I am concerned for the future, but taking this 1-day-at-a-time.
