Different sites will label their furs different things!
Gorilla tends to be wispier and is sometimes textured. Mongolian is a textured, crimped fur. Monster means vastly different things depending on the site, and can be similar to gorilla, Mongolian, OR fox.

This is the most common, widely available, and (usually) cheapest high quality option out there
This versatile fur can be kept long or shaved down. (Some brands shave better than others)
Can also look good as hair if layered!

Similar furs may also be called “bunny” or “short shag”
This fur usually shaves well and is also gorgeous kept long! It’s shorter and straighter than lux shag.
Great for making crisp markings with little trimming necessary.

This fur is short, dense, and soft. It’s short length cuts out the need to shave (and imo looks better than shaved lux).
The main problem is that color availability is limited.

May also be referred to as “monster”. I believe “gorilla” is similar, too.
This fur is long and flowy, looking and moving more like natural hair than dense fur. This is one that’s best kept long, though some brands shave down pretty well.

My own suit has two main colors but uses every type of fur discussed!
