did this to test out that the eyes worked properly, because i've had an issue where the eyes get twisted into looking unintentionally the wrong ways

Yeah, there's two different track constraints, one is the (now legacy) "Track to" constraint that has twisting issues, and a new "Dampened track" that doesn't
